Reminder to self:
Never treat vermicelli as if it is pasta.
Today, Chef Pavan tried “semiya upma” by microwaving vermicelli in water (like Pasta in water bath). The final product turned out to be like paste, which could be used to stick posters on walls.
Without looking on the internet, it was doomed to be a disaster. Damn you Bambino!
PS: I didnt have the patience to fry them.
